How soon will I be able to send/receive faxes?

As soon as you have received your account creation notification you can finalize your account and begin using the service immediately.

Can I keep my current fax number?

Of course! You will need to fill out a Letter of Authorization (LOA) for a port request and we will submit it to your current carrier on your behalf. If accepted the process usually takes 7-10 business days. There is a one-time $15 charge to port your existing number. 

Do I have to sign a contract?

Our monthly subscriptions are….monthly subscriptions. There is no obligation to continue and you can cancel at any time. We do offer annual plans at a discounted rate.

Is your service HIPAA compliant?
